The Skagen Bunker Museum is located amidst Skagen's beautiful dune landscape, directly on the impressive North Sea. The bunker, type 638, was part of the Atlantic Wall and served as a medical bunker for German soldiers during World War II. Even today, the former bunker provides a striking picture of the war and, as a museum, also houses a film room, a crew room, and an operations room. Figures in uniforms and weapons can also be viewed.
