Gravel roads in the area around Batujajar Airport. Keep following the runway (but don't go inside) and you'll find a village road that is asphalted again. There is a branch to enter the Pusdikpassus complex, but if you want to enter you have to get permission first. Usually civilians are allowed to enter as long as there are no training or events.
