This is a good area for MTB riding. There are loads of uphill and downhill sections with flowing berms, switchbacks, jumps & table tops. Fun all the way. Nearly all MTB routes have an easier flat cycleway or path adjacent to the flowing trails. This allows you to pick as many as you want to ride on. Great area
