Anzing / Purfing - The Lindsee Chapel between Anzing and Purfing is by no means a classic Upper Bavarian chapel with the typical onion dome. Nor does it have centuries of tradition. Nonetheless, the small, architecturally fancy church above the artificial lake that gave it its name tells a not insignificant story for the north of the district. And it takes place in the early 90s.
A garbage dump was to be built in the immediate vicinity, so this chapel was built to prevent this.
