The Anzing municipal council initiated a demonstration in the said area in 1990. About 1000 people participated in it on October 20, 1990, as stated in the newsletter of the Catholic parish. An ecumenical prayer service, in which the Canticle of the Sun by St. Francis was recited, concluded the day.
