Tips
Nice path that leads to San Fruttuoso from Portofino summit. The initial section is flat and suitable for everyone but past narrow stones, following the signs, you descend to the bay via a mule track for about an hour. Going down is the least bit but going back up is not for everyone (nothing impossible but still an hour of steps and hairpin bends). Path at times uncovered and equipped with two fountains. I would avoid it in the warmer months. Presence of free parking in the old hotel now closed in Portofino peak.
