Hiking
3 narrow places, some of which can only be negotiated by walking duck-like under the rocks through the canal. So only take a small daypack (20l) and water sandals with you. A magical adventure, it took me 4 hours because I'm not afraid of heights... often stopping, changing shoes, wading through the canal... but on average you'll need 2 hours for the 5 km or so. It helps to have trekking experience and there are places where you have to climb a bit.
