Seventeenth-century villa which rises on three floors currently inhabited by three families; It is in a good state of conservation but fragmented. A portal gives access to the complex. On the ground floor there is a beautiful portico with seven arches and is surrounded by a large garden. The complex was an ancient residence of the family of Nicolò Giudice who had the title of Duke of Giovinazzo and Prince of Cellamare, and who had it built, it had a very long access avenue with a portal which was surmounted by an inscription, demolished on 1881, which today is partly walled in the enclosure wall surrounding the villa.

This avenue began from the current Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II and was tree-lined. It is today also called Villa Sabina. In the rear garden there is a small fountain and a sentry box perhaps used in the past as a hunting post.

In the part in front of the villa the oval track which allowed the passage of carriages is visible.
