The gravel track to this point is not the smoothest but rideable. As you turn off at this location the surface is natural, no gravel or stones, just a soil field surface with crops growing. You have to lift the bike over the fence. There are clear signs here saying it is an authorised route, but soon after there seems to be big padlocks on some of the gates at certain points. I was able to get through ok, occasionally lifting the bike over fences
