Many people find the forest comforting, and conversations can also help with coping with grief. The new consolation bench in the Bramsche-Osnabrücker Land forest cemetery combines both. The Bramsche Hospice Association donated the wooden bench and offers an open conversation time there every month.
A flag stand on the bench signals that someone is there - every third Monday of the month from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., volunteers from the Bramsche Hospice Association sit on the bench and are open for conversation and exchange.
