With this fountain, the German sculptor Bonifatius Stirnberg depicts the "dispute over the barrel" that was triggered at the beginning of the 17th century by the introduction of a "liquor tax". The fountain was built in 1977. The movable joints of the bronze figures invite you to linger playfully at the fountain.
