After Redwitz was connected to the railway line from Kirchenlaibach to Holenbrunn in 1878, a railway line to Wiesau was built between 1880 and 1882, bypassing Redwitz and Dörflas to the south. In the border area between Dörflas and Waldershof, a 36-meter-long and 14-meter-high stone arch bridge was built over the straightened and relocated Kösseinebach. In 1900, the line was expanded to two tracks. On July 9, 1939, a serious train accident occurred on the bridge, in which three people were killed.

Monstrous architectural art of earlier days, over which still today the rail traffic runs.
