The hall church was built between 1718 and 1727 on the orders of Franziska Barbara von Weltz on the cemetery established in 1601. It replaced the hospital built in 1594. It consists of a nave of three bays covered with a gable roof and a recessed choir closed on three sides of one bay in the east, above which rises an octagonal ridge turret covered with an onion dome.
