The Nibelungen play and nature trail on Kriemhildstrasse in the Nibelungen district is a 14,000 square meter recreational area that was officially opened in September 2016. Barrier-free paths and plenty of seating invite visitors to observe nature and relax. A plaque provides information about the three works of art exhibited there from the international sculpture symposium "Stones without Borders", which took place in Bernau in 2011.
