The archery department of the Radeberg sports club has operated an archery range on the field since 1973. The range has targets of varying numbers and sizes for all competition distances between 30 and 90 meters. There is a separate area for children and young people with targets 15 to 30 meters away. Bundesliga matches and German championships have already been played on the site. A night cup under floodlights is also regularly held. The range, equipped with plastic animals, can be used by 3D and hunting shooters. In 2005, the new clubhouse was inaugurated directly on the shooting range after the clubhouse, built in 1983, fell victim to arson in 2003.
