The quarry seems explorable, there are various dirt paths. One passes under the arch, the other above. The latter begins as a bumpy but still pedalable dirt road (never steep). Little by little it tightens, making the surface slightly worse but you can pedal with minimal effort. After a bend there is still a stretch, the dirt road ends with an excellent view. On the right there is a path, if you go for a while there is another view and then it stops (even on foot, there is a crossroads instead I think for Forte Ratti slightly earlier).
The entire route is a bit bumpy downhill but it's done. Still to be explored.
