The palace was built in 1930 after the fire of the previous residence. The interior has not retained its original decoration, except for modest stucco work and a fireplace in the garden living room. The entire façade decoration has been preserved. The palace is surrounded by a park. It has been owned by MONAR since 1998. There are apartments in it.
