If you hear a whooshing/whistling noise while cycling in this area that you cannot identify, children or young ski jumpers may be training at the large ski jump in Rastbüchl, which you can also jump on in summer. To get a better view, you can cycle 150 meters north-west from this point on the small road, or follow the signs to the jump from the Leinenradweg. You should definitely take a look - it is very impressive! Incidentally, this is the home jump of the well-known ski jumpers Michael Uhrmann and Severin Freund.
