A historic Roman Catholic church dedicated to the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, originally built in 1742 in Zawady. It was moved to Cibory-Kołaczki in 1979.

The baroque temple from 1742 was initially located in the town of Zawady. After building a new brick church, it was dismantled in 1979 and moved to its present location.
The church is one of the most valuable wooden religious monuments in Podlasie.
