It’s actually not the entire track that’s available to cyclists. The open portion of the track is 2.46KM long. Other portions normally used for other events are blocked off.

This is Dubai’s motor racing circuit but they open it up to cyclists and runners a couple of days before the UCI Gran Fondo Dubai race. It’s great fun riding laps on the silky smooth surface.
