Road cycling
In the north I would always drive via Pliego and NOT take the C24 or other roads to the east beforehand! The roads there are all bad (even if the RM C24 to the C5 is still quite good). The RM-515 (Pliego <> Alhama de Murcia) is almost completely new (2022), making driving much more fun.
