The church in Groß Briesen was built in 1893 from bricks in the neo-Gothic style. The nave is rectangular and has a gabled roof. The three sides of the apse have ogival stained glass windows. On the sides there are pairs of 6 pointed-arched stained-glass windows. The inscription dates from the time the church was built. Under the west gallery with a Sauer organ is the so-called winter church.
