The Trintelerberg is a very good alternative to the Eyserbosweg. I find it heavy enough because of the length and there are pieces of 7 to 8%, more than enough for me. The asphalt is good, but watch out for cars, but they are everywhere. In general it is not too busy with cars, but on weekends. It's easy for me to talk because I live nearby, but at the weekend I don't cycle in the Heuvelland anyway, I'm TOO busy.
