A red observation tower stands on the Schafkögel, from which you can admire the mountain panorama in all directions. Panorama panels name all the peaks, so no question remains. You can see the Pyhrn-Priel region, and on a clear day, the Dachstein, and perhaps even the Ankogel in the Hohe Tauern. A magnificent mountain with a view that's easy to climb!

Highest point for skiing in the Hinterstoder/Wurzeralm ski area. In winter easy to reach for skiers but in summer you can only hike up or mountain bike up. Up there you have a great view of all the mountains in the area.
