One of the most beautiful villas in Szczecin. The Neo-Renaissance pearl is quite hidden despite its size.

In 1882, the architect Herman Karge built it for his family. Many important people from pre-war Stettin later lived in the neo-Renaissance estate, including: Johannes Gollnow of the company J Gollnow & Sohn, known for its bridge construction. After 1945, a kindergarten belonging to the Szczecin Shipyard was established in the villa. In 1993, it was bought by Kredyt Bank, which operated in this place until 2014. Currently, it is in private hands - the owners run a hotel and a restaurant there.

The villa hides many interesting facts. One of them is a large vault with lockers for rent. It is also worth stopping by the fireplace from 1924 with a scene from the Old Testament by Witold Reamisch. Or take a look at the 19th-century chicken coop in the yard.
