This is a building that perfectly fits the description of a "manor house". Built in the 1840s and rebuilt in the early 20th century in the Neo-Baroque style.
Originally, it was the seat of the state farm tenant. After World War II, until 1959, it housed a State Agricultural Farm (PGR), and from 1961 to 1988, the building served as a local primary school.
The 1324 m² facility is abandoned, devoid of its historical furnishings, and is in a state of progressive ruin.

Road cycling
The classicist manor house in Kołbacz, or rather its ruins, is located across the street from the church. Like the previously mentioned palace, it was built in the second half of the 18th century and rebuilt in the 20th century. Until the end of the 1980s, a primary school operated there.
