I use it for short, intensive training after work as a descent in connection with the surrounding climbs. There is no direct way to start up (sliding distance). Up to the top of the mountain it is up to 37% at the top (although it is not part of the MTB park). However, not usable in spring because of the toad migration and always exercise caution as there are often walkers with dogs.
