In the village there are the ruins of the palace (it collapsed in 1981-82 due to the devastation of the roof, which led to the rotting of the beams), and the palace park with a linden alley (now more and more run-down - once one of the most beautiful in the region). Chłopowo once had a serf farm (later a state farm).
