The area was renatured in 2014. A biotope was created from meadow orchards, a bushy area with ponds and pools, an 8 meter high wall made of loess loam.
This biotope offers shelter to wild bees and other earth dwellers who prefer dry and sunny terrain. Rare species, some of European importance, find a shelter here, such as B. the yellow-bellied toad. A special highlight is the wooden walkway with an observation platform.
