Despite preserving vestiges of an earlier era, the current Rajadell church dates from the 14th and 17th centuries (when it was rebuilt, since in 1471 the troops of John II demolished it together with the castle).

The exterior of the church presents a mixture of styles: Gothic elements (front walls of the facade, central nave and side walls), a modern portal and, above all, a tympanum with a crucifixion relief.

The interior is a nave with a pointed vault and four lateral chapels (Roser, Sant Crist, Sant Isidre and Santíssimo). The main altar had an altarpiece that consisted of five bodies of carved and polychrome wood from the Baroque period, the work of the carver Joan Grau. During the civil war it was burned and currently only some parts are preserved, which belong to private collections. Inside the church, in the chapel of Santíssimo, we find four permanent dioramas with scenes from the Passion of Jesus, the work of the Manres sculptor Ramon Oms; and we also find, from the beginning of the 21st century, two lateral stained glass windows by Carme Manubens.

Of the ensemble, the bell tower stands out, made by Joan Traginer, a French house master, from 1678 to 1682. In the Plaça de l'Església we find the figure of "La noia de la plaça", the work of the Manres sculptor Ramon Oms , who was entrusted with a sculpture that reflects the hospitable character of the town, as is the girl, who offers a chair to everyone who visits the square.

In the square we also find the Bastoners de Rajadell fountain, an institution with many years of tradition. Currently, the square hosts high-quality musical concerts throughout the summer and as events for the main festival.
