I visited twice in 2018, the beer is one of the finest in the world and this is the only bar that “officially” serves it (the abbey only sells direct to customers and doesn’t approve of bars re-selling it, but many do). The food here is also good, they serve cheese which is made in the abbey.

very tasty here. For Germans, beer is of course a matter of taste (there is no German Purity Law here). The food was very tasty, the service very friendly.
