Tips
From the Grotta dell'Acqua, if you want to climb up to the Ciolandrea plateau (600m above sea level), you have to tackle a path, treacherous in the first part through the bushes and decidedly challenging up to the slopes of Ciolandrea: notable differences in altitude, technical and exposed terrain (so much so that I wasn't able to take many photos, you often needed two hands to proceed).
The views are however breathtaking so, for those who want to try it, I recommend doing it uphill and not downhill.
