The 11-inch gun M1867 (Russian: 11-дюймовая пушка обр. 1867 г, after switching to the metric system: 280мм орудие обр. 1867 г.) was a gun in the Russian Empire. It was used as a naval gun and in coastal defense.
The 11-inch gun was a Russian 280mm coastal, fortress and siege gun, which was designed and manufactured in the state plant Obukhov (Russian: государственный обуховский завод) in Saint Petersburg from 1869-1872. It was fairly conventional for its time.
