It is called the "white stone". This menhir or menhir, probably from the Neolithic Age, approx. 400 to 1700 BC, consists of limestone, which does not occur in the area around Dittelsheim-Hessloch. It is 210 cm high, 145 cm wide and 80 cm deep, and nobody knows how it got here. It was excavated in 1927 and set up again near the site, at an intersection of well-kept farm roads. Right next to it is a bench with a view 😉.
