The Bay Colony Rail Trail is a popular recreational trail built along the former Bay Colony Railroad. The trail spans 1.5 miles and is open to walking, jogging, biking, and inline skating. The trail is relatively flat and has great views of wooded areas, wetlands, and meadows, providing a peaceful escape into nature.

I rode this on my road bike with 25 mm tires. I t was fine, although the fine gravel does get a bit deep in places. Be aware that the north/east end with High Rock St starts at some woods, which isn't road bike worthy!
