Natural cemetery "De Utrecht is a relatively young and large natural cemetery by Dutch standards. We opened in 2016 and have 27 hectares of nature in which burials are carried out. At 'De Utrecht' we focus on nature and the environment. We bury in such a way that nature is maximized. is spared. We also create a harmonious atmosphere that reflects our love for nature. At the same time, we ensure (by actively managing the natural cemetery) that the natural value of the site continues to increase. If the natural cemetery is closed in 2075, a beautiful nature reserve has been created that we can proudly pass on to future generations.
