Great view from the beach of Bakkebølle on the Farøbroerne.
The Farøbroerne are two 1984 completed bridges of the highway from Seeland to Falster. The south bridge is a cable-stayed bridge between the island of Farø and the island of Falster over the Storstrøm with a main span of 290 meters and 95.14 meter high pylons.
The North Bridge is a 1596 meter long girder bridge between Farø and Zealand over the Kalvestrøm.
The combined European roads E 47 and 55 run over the bridges, making them part of the Vogelfluglinie. It is not allowed to use it on foot or by bicycle. For this purpose, the Storstrøm Bridge and after Bogø and Møn also the Dronning Alexandrines Bro have to be avoided.
On Farø exists between the two bridges a turnoff over the island Bogø to the island Møn.
