This church has no tower. But it has a distinctive west facade with essay (frontispiece), which is reminiscent of the Spanish colonial style. Inside there is a high baroque choir. The nave is a subtle yet warm toned and ornate Empire style room.In 1675, the farmer from Dischingen, Christian Stetter, dreamed that he should erect a shrine to the "Most Holy Trinity" here on the Kapellenberg, and that this would create a great pilgrimage.Soon, many people came to prayer and in all kinds of hardships here, and in 1713, the first chapel was inaugurated, which was later expanded to the present building. The pilgrimage chronicle, the so-called "miracle book", tells of many answers to prayer, and to this day people in the "Käppele" find comfort and peace in some distress.
