most of the (roadbike-friendly gravel) paths here are converted to ski tracks at the first sight of snow, but this somewhat circuitous route between Ring I and Pitkäkoski remains available and very well maintained for cycling all year (if you end up at Paloheinä, currently there is no cyclable route north of there, but one may be coming at some point)
