The Jewish cemetery in Reich Saxony
    is first mentioned in 1710.
    Also the Jewish families in
Datterode used the cemetery for the
    Burial of the deceased. In
    Reich Saxony existed until 1942
    Jewish community with a synagogue,
an Israelite school, a ritual one
    bathroom and a cemetery.
    Due to increasing disenfranchisement
is a large part of them in the
emigrated or lived in the following years
    other cities moved away.
