The Roman Catholic, listed St. Michael's Church is located in Leuzendorf in Lower Franconia, a part of the municipality of Burgpreppach in the Haßberge district (Lower Franconia, Bavaria). The building is registered as a listed building in the Bavarian Register of Historic Monuments under monument number D-6-74-121-23. The church belongs to the parish of Burgpreppach in the parish community of Hofheim in the Haßberge deanery of the Diocese of Würzburg.

The early Rococo hall church was built between 1732 and 1735 under Karl Friedrich Wilhelm von Erthal. It consists of a three-bay nave and a recessed, three-sided choir, with the sacristy attached to it to the east. The ashlar masonry façade to the west, structured by pilasters, is topped with a spire. Above the choir roof rises an octagonal, slate-covered turret, which houses the bell cage behind the arcades and is capped with an onion dome.

The church furnishings date from the time of construction.
