The Janowskie Forest Uroczyska is an area protected under the EU Natura 2000 program. It is an area of special natural values with an area of over 34,000. ha. There are 6 nature reserves within the area: Jastkowice, Lasy Janowskie, Imielty Ług, Szklarnia, Kacze Błota and Łęka. The Historical Trail runs here.
