Boulevard Heurteloup is one of the main axes of the city of Tours, leading directly from the A10 motorway to Place Jean Jaurès. It bears the name of Baron Nicolas Heurteloup, a military surgeon from Tours who died in 1812. The mall, very pleasant, is designed for pedestrians and cyclists. Every Tuesday morning, there is a small market in front of the tourist office.
