Here, at the end of a short path that leads off from Bilsteinstrasse and which unfortunately wasn't exactly captured on my tour, there is a pavilion that surrounds the Bilstein spring and you can try its water. This is also listed as a source on the Komoot map. A picture has already been incorrectly uploaded under the nearby Waffle House.
