World-famous sea organs

The world famous Sea Organ of Zadar. Below sea level there are 35 tubes of various lengths and diameters. The tubes rise up from the water under the concrete at an angle of 20° and each open into organ pipes of different pitches. The waves push water into the pipes. The water flowing in and out of the pipes creates a sound in the organ pipes. This is how the sound is created. Depending on the period length and frequency of the waves, a melody is created.
