There are 2 special bridges in Hoofddorp: the Bospadbrug and Duinpadbrug. What is special about these bridges, designed by Zwarts & Jansma Architects, are the perforated faces of four hundred Hoofddorp residents, perforated in steel. The face bridges connect the new Floriande district in Hoofddorp with the surrounding land on the other side of the Drie Merenweg/N205.
