A memorial for the 17th of July 2007 when TAM-Linhas-Aéreas Flight 3054 crashed and 199 people died.
After touching down, the aircraft skidded off the runway due to aquaplaning, plummeted 15 metres, crossed the busy Avenida Washington Luís, hit a TAM air cargo building and caught fire.
It was the worst accident involving an Airbus A320 to date.
