The Seu oasis presents a vast area of Mediterranean scrub that extends to cover the northern promontory of the San Giovanni di Sinis inlet up to the cliff overlooking the sea.

Overlooking the landscape, almost suspended over the sea, you will find the Seu tower, called in Campidanese Sardinian "Turr'e Seu", a fortress built by the Spanish crown at the end of the 16th century. The entrance is located approximately four meters above the ground, leading to a room with a domed vault. On the left, a staircase leads to the terrace, where the cannons were once positioned.

From the tower, enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view, especially at sunset: on the right, the coast with the three jewels of Sinis - Maimoni, is Arutas and Mari Ermi, characterized by colorful grains of quartz; to the left, the coastline that extends to Cape San Marco.
