Hiking up to the summit of PUIG CAMPANA mountains is a great adventure! Ascent and descent to the mountain pass a not easy and required a good fitness conditions. A proper hiking equipment (especially shoes) is important point. Since your hike could exceed nine hours, do not forget to take more water (especially by nice sunny day). from col de plouet you can connect to other routes, e.g. top of puig campana, or ponoig. at top puig campana there is a vertical climb.
from plouet it is still approx. 1h30 to 2h to the top.
good walking shoes are important and possibly walking sticks can help.
