Since then, the 15-acre Wertwiesenpark offers many opportunities for recreational games on the two large meadows, for walks on the banks of the Neckar, a Kneippbad or for barbecues in balmy summer nights. Two playgrounds at the northern and southern entrance (Neckarhalde and Kolpingstraße) and a water playground complete the range of games for children and adults; a halfpipe is available for skaters. There is also a privately operated mini golf course.
