***NOTE: YES, this could be used as a campsite. YES, it has fantastic views down to the Tablelands, to Horton Lake, to Basin Mountain and Four Gables. BUT, it is extremely rocky. It would behoove you to have extra protection for your sleeping pad. And then also have protection for the protection for your sleeping pad.

This spot logistically makes no sense to stay at. It is dry, exposed, and poses a serious threat to your sleep system… but gosh DANG… the VIEWS!! 😍
